The Role
You will be at the forefront of our product development lifecycle, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and ensure code quality across the board.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).Architect scalable APIs and microservices to support high-traffic environments.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.Conduct code reviews, technical debt assessments, and implement CI/CD pipelines.Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and reliability.Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.Expert proficiency in React.js or Vue.js and modern CSS (Tailwind, SCSS).Strong backend skills with Node.js or Python and experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
