Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect and optimize backend APIs and databases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with urgency to minimize downtime.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js with a strong understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong command of Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
