Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure high application performance and responsiveness.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee software reliability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
