Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of our core web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-fidelity, responsive code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
