Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ production staff, fostering a culture of excellence
- Implement quality control measures to maintain ISO 9001 compliance
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Prepare and analyze production reports for continuous improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record in meeting production targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- IOSH or equivalent safety certification required
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
