Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and maintain accurate ticket logs and documentation for all support interactions.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to identify process improvements and workflow optimizations.
- Conduct routine system audits and perform preventative maintenance checks.
- Assist in the onboarding of new users and the configuration of their workstations.
Qualifications
