Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to internal and external clients during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Monitor server performance and respond to critical alerts proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket statuses in our helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
