Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee daily logistics and operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow during night shifts.

- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into the management system and generate end-of-shift performance reports.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and adherence to company protocols to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to hand over critical information and coordinate ongoing projects.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
