We are hosting a Hiring Event in Columbus, OH. Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is recommended.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment during the night shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team and supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
