Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance during night hours.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document all interactions, incidents, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow and issue continuity.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Identify potential process improvements and communicate them to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
