Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across enterprise platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex system outages with minimal downtime
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure upgrades
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote management tools
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
