Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor standard production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform manual assembly and packaging of finished goods according to strict quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
- No prior technical experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo a background check.
