Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and lightning-fast load times.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile sprint planning.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and roadmap of our product suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
