Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
