Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external clients via phone and email.
- Accurately enter and maintain complex data sets in company databases with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and assist in onboarding processes.
- Monitor system performance and report potential technical anomalies to senior management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or data entry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
