Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize Boolean search and social platforms to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process and negotiate offers.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul tech market.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
