Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT problems to ensure minimal downtime for the business.
- Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software installations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Valid CompTIA A+ Certification is a strong plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during high-volume periods.
