Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage a daily pipeline of potential hires using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company at on-site hiring events and actively network with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to streamline the onboarding and orientation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Identify top talent through active sourcing, social media outreach, and industry networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.
- Willingness to attend scheduled on-site hiring events and flexible scheduling availability.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software).
