Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the training team to refine sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward coaching and feedback.
- Reliable transportation for client meetings and training sessions.
