Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a positive attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash transactions, make change, and resolve basic customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
