Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks according to established quality standards and safety protocols.
- Operate basic industrial machinery and hand tools in a fast-paced production environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the quality control supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Follow all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Basic English communication skills are necessary for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, reaching).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or require visa sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace in Corpus Christi.
