Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records using scanning equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trailers and delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
