Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for all positions.
