Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of freight and packages.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Assist with general labor tasks as required to support daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (required for delivery roles).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
