Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and product-related questions efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores through consistent service excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
