Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information in a professional and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction scores and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
