Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Perform weeding, thinning, and general field maintenance.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pack harvested produce for shipment with attention to quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and farm protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship or current eligibility to work in the USA.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
