Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a production environment efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
