Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, cloud platforms, and security protocols
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical challenges

Qualifications
