Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Assist in emergency response and triage situations
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Valid North Carolina state license/certification
