Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest high-value crops (apples, grapes, vegetables)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under EPA guidelines
- Inspect crops for quality and disease
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety protocols
- Assist in packing and shipping operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Willingness to work 50+ hours/week during peak season
- Clean background check and drug-free record
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to worksite
