Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, cranes, excavators) with precision
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with logistics team for material handling
- Document operational logs and incident reports
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Train on new equipment technologies as provided
Qualifications
- 2+ years industrial equipment operation experience
- Valid US driver's license or equivalent international license
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Willingness to undergo background check
