Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery including forklifts, conveyor systems, and assembly equipment
- Perform daily safety inspections and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions to maintenance team
- Assist in inventory management and material handling operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Complete accurate production and quality documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate powered industrial vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
