Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC milling/turning machines with precision
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Perform quality checks using calipers and micrometers
- Adjust machine parameters for optimal production output
- Document production data in ERP systems
- Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience
- Proficiency with Haas or Fanuc controls
- Ability to read complex technical drawings
- Knowledge of G-code programming basics
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
