Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery during night shift hours
- Maintain quality control standards and documentation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations

- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Report operational issues and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of production equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
