Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Document SOPs and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule
- BS in Computer Science or related field required
