- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring technical trends and implement preventative measures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
