Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with the IT engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
