Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users efficiently.
- Support Tickets: Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support during shift hours.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Security: Enforce IT security protocols and assist with user access management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT assistance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
