Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Assist with cross-departmental technology implementations
- Maintain compliance with international data protection standards
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in IT support/system administration
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Experience with AWS/Azure and Active Directory
- Valid work authorization for US employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Strong problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
