Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network connectivity problems and system failures.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for known issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software patches and security updates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees regarding IT policies and tools.
- Monitor ticketing systems to prioritize urgent requests and ensure SLA compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support or a helpdesk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start immediately upon hiring.
