Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) using advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings for job listings and company content.
- ATS Management: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a seamless candidate experience and accurate data reporting.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, case studies, and career pages.
- Analytics: Monitor web traffic, keyword rankings, and recruitment funnel metrics using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Networking: Build strong relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders to expand our talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and at least 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write compelling job descriptions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related technical field.
- Tools: Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA.
