Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming tech talent.
- Inspect, pack, and ship company-issued high-value equipment to new employees' homes or offices.
- Ensure all equipment provided meets security standards and is fully functional upon arrival.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires regarding their equipment and workspace setup.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure inventory accuracy and asset tracking.
- troubleshoot any technical issues related to the provided equipment during the transition phase.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or technical support.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when handling sensitive equipment.
- Familiarity with asset management software and tracking systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
