Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment provisioning and logistics for relocated tech professionals
- Configure and deploy hardware/software packages including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Conduct remote and on-site tech setup and troubleshooting
- Manage inventory of relocation equipment and track asset lifecycle
- Document processes and create SOPs for equipment handovers
- Partner with HR to align relocation timelines with onboarding schedules
- Provide technical support during transition periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or tech coordination roles
- Experience with hardware deployment and inventory management systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS environments
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Valid US driver's license for equipment transportation
- Relocation assistance experience preferred
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar preferred
