Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Greensboro, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Partner with local tech companies to understand relocation needs and employer-specific benefits
- Provide personalized relocation consultations, cost analysis, and area tours
- Manage documentation and compliance for relocation packages and visa processes when applicable
- Develop and maintain relationships with Greensboro's real estate, educational, and service providers
- Track relocation metrics and implement process improvements
- Represent TechRelocate at local tech meetups and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or tech recruitment with relocation experience
- Deep knowledge of Greensboro's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TMS)
- Experience working with international relocation processes preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for candidate support
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP) or similar preferred
