- Manage documentation and compliance for relocation benefits packages
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation timelines with onboarding schedules
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or customer service role
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Deep knowledge of Colorado Springs' tech hubs, neighborhoods, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
