Responsibilities

- Create carbon capture and storage methodologies for industrial facilities
- Lead R&D projects on next-gen battery technologies and microgrids
- Collaborate with urban planners to implement sustainable city infrastructure
- Analyze lifecycle impacts of energy technologies using advanced modeling tools
- Present technical solutions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or Sustainable Systems (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in energy systems design with carbon reduction focus
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (HOMER, EnergyPlus, PVsyst)
- Expertise in AI/ML integration for energy optimization
- Strong understanding of grid modernization and smart grid technologies
- Published research in sustainable energy or carbon mitigation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with DOE and EPA sustainability frameworks
