- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, policymakers, and community stakeholders
- Drive innovation in grid modernization and energy storage solutions for 2026 resilience targets
- Monitor emerging federal/state sustainability policies to maintain regulatory compliance
- Implement ESG reporting frameworks tracking progress toward 2026 climate commitments
- Lead crisis management protocols for extreme weather events affecting energy infrastructure
Qualifications
- 8+ years in renewable energy project management with 3+ years in utility-scale projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects achieving 2026 sustainability benchmarks
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with deep knowledge of energy sector KPIs
- Expertise in grid integration, energy storage systems, and smart grid technologies
- Experience navigating federal/state energy incentive programs (IRA, CHIPS Act)
