Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve carbon neutrality and waste reduction targets
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement programs for investors, customers, and communities
- Analyze sustainability data to drive strategic decisions and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate sustainable product lifecycle solutions
- Oversee ESG compliance and maintain transparent reporting mechanisms
- Mentor sustainability teams and cultivate organizational culture of environmental stewardship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive ESG leadership experience in corporate settings
- Proven track record of achieving 2020-2025 sustainability targets
- Expertise in GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud)
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and carbon footprint methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Sustainability Management (e.g., GRI, ISSP) preferred
