Responsibilities
- Develop long-term sustainability roadmaps aligning with 2026 global climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models across 15+ business units
- Design and execute carbon-negative technology pilots with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members using predictive analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and government agencies
- Measure ESG impact using AI-powered sustainability dashboards
- Guide corporate policy development for emerging environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Futurism
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Proven track record in circular economy implementation
- Certification in Climate Change or Sustainable Finance (CFA ESG preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-focused sustainability strategies
